I've used this storage place before and really like the security, cleanliness of units and GREAT service. When I was having trouble with the storage door, manager saw on camera and came out to help me. This storage place is also close to where I live making it convenient to get to. Highly recommend this place.

They have a large selection of sizes of storage units. Pkus staff is always helpful.

Janis was extremely helpful and made everything work and understood the issue I was having and fixed it with a smile. Because of her patients and communication she made a possible bad day turn into a good day. Sometimes that’s all it takes. I am thankful for great customer service. Rancho Storage Center in Richland is an amazing place with wonderful people. The staff are friendly, and always prepared to help you with any problems you may have. The units are in wonderful shape and the whole facility leaves you feeling secure and assured your belongings are in excellent hands! Renting a unit at Rancho will never leave you disappointed!

Always clean. Love the paved roads as opposed to gravel. Great people to work with.

Good place to store. We did have some issues with black widows both male and female. Good security, I've seen the manager around the property quite a bit. The unit(garage/not climate controlled) we rented cost around 190 a month. Pretty good sized, we were able to store our 3 bedroom home in the unit.

Highly recommend Ranchos Storage went on a Sunday of all days to be open to get a storage unit was in and out in ten minutes. Great friendly staff and unit was clean and ready to use.
